Switching from Teamleader to Faktuno
Your Peppol number can only be registered with one provider at a time. To move from Teamleader to Faktuno, you first switch off Peppol in Teamleader. Then Faktuno takes the number over.
Before you start
- You have a Faktuno account, your payment method is confirmed (a €0.02 payment, refunded straight away) and our Peppol partner has checked your company’s identity. Only then can Faktuno take over your numbers.
- Download your invoices first and keep them yourself: you usually have to keep them for 10 years, see keeping invoices.
- In Teamleader only an administrator can switch Peppol on; the help pages do not say whether that also applies to switching it off. If it does not work, ask the administrator of your account.
- Best do the switch in the evening or at the weekend, because an invoice may be refused in the meantime.
How to do it
- Switch off Peppol in Teamleader. According to the Teamleader Focus help page (read in October 2026, labels in Dutch): go to Instellingen → Bedrijfsinformatie, click the three dots next to your company entity and choose Peppol/E-facturatie uitschakelen. You are then unregistered from the Peppol network, and received invoices are kept. If you use Teamleader One, Peppol is under Instellingen → Peppol; the help there says you can always deactivate Peppol, but not explicitly whether your number is free afterwards. Then check in Faktuno (step 2) or ask Teamleader through their contact form.
- Check in Faktuno under My company → Peppol connection where you receive now. Faktuno checks that in the Peppol network itself, so you always see the real situation.
- Faktuno takes over your numbers. It checks every hour whether your numbers are free, and straight away when you open My company. You get an email as soon as it’s done. If your numbers are still not there after a few hours, Teamleader may still be holding them: contact us.
According to Teamleader’s help page (October 2026) there is no migration key; you unregister and then register again.
What changes for your accountant?
Nothing. They get your invoices in their own software, once you turn on automatic sending in Faktuno.
