Let your client accept a quote online
Printing a quote, getting it signed and scanning it back takes time, for you and for your client. With online acceptance, your client agrees in one click, and you see straight away who accepted it and when.
How does it work for your client?
- Your client gets your quote by email, with a View and accept the quote button.
- They see the quote, enter a name and tick that they accept it.
- No account or password is needed.
What do you see?
You get an email straight away. In Faktuno the quote shows as Accepted, with the name, date and time. Make invoice turns it into an invoice. Nothing is invoiced by itself.
Good to know
- If you change the quote after sending it, send it again. A changed quote can’t be accepted through the old link.
- The link works until 30 days after the quote’s valid-until date.
- Online acceptance is not an electronic signature. For large quotes to private persons, ask for a signed copy as well.
How it works in Faktuno
Online acceptance is included in the Pro plan. When you email a quote on Pro, your client gets the button automatically.
