What’s new in Faktuno
We regularly improve Faktuno. Here is what changed, newest first.
11 October 2026
- Straight into your accounting software. Under Account → Your accountant, enter the invoice email address of your accounting software (for example Yuki, Exact Online, Octopus or ClearFacts). Faktuno then forwards every new sales and purchase invoice there automatically.
- Continue your existing invoice numbers. Already sent invoices this year with another program? Under My company, click “Already sent invoices this year with another program?” and enter your last number. Faktuno continues from the next one. Type 2026-8 and it becomes 2026-008.
- Tidier invoice texts. Invoices and PDFs now say “17 days” instead of “17 day”.
- Work period and PO number. Does a client want the period of the work or a PO number on the invoice? Type the PO number in the reference field and open “Work period (optional)” for the dates. Both go into the Peppol invoice.
- Your client’s Peppol ID found automatically. Even when your client is only listed on Peppol under their VAT number, Faktuno finds it. There is nothing to fill in.
- Try the demo. Want to look around first, or show Faktuno to someone? The demo at faktuno.be/demo works right away, no email or card needed.
- Smaller improvements. Messages now appear in your own language everywhere, the security check at login only shows when it is needed, and there are new FAQ questions and help pages about Peppol, reverse charge and the structured payment reference.
