E-invoicing made simple
Since 1 January 2026, Belgian businesses must exchange invoices electronically through Peppol. Faktuno lets you make quotes and create, send and receive Peppol invoices in a few clicks — without accounting software.

Add your client and lines. Faktuno checks the VAT, totals and structured communication for you.

One click delivers the invoice to your client’s accounting software. Incoming invoices arrive in Faktuno too.

Free trial
Try the app for free first. When you want to send via Peppol, you start a 14-day free trial. You add a payment method then; the 14 days count from the moment your identity check is done. You can cancel before the trial ends.
What's included
Every invoice or credit note you send, and every document you receive through Peppol, counts as one document. Need more in a given month? Add 50 extra documents for €8, or upgrade at any time. More than 100 a month? Contact us.
Billing
Prices exclude 21% VAT. Billed monthly in advance through Mollie, cancel at any time. See our cancellation and refund policy. For businesses with a Belgian enterprise number.
Questions
Do I really need Peppol?
Yes, if you invoice other Belgian businesses. Since 1 January 2026, B2B invoices between Belgian VAT-registered businesses must be structured e-invoices, exchanged through Peppol. PDF invoices by email no longer meet the rule. Read what you need to do.
What if my client isn’t on Peppol?
No problem. Private persons and businesses abroad usually aren’t. Faktuno then emails your invoice as a PDF with the same button, and you can always print it.
Does my accountant get everything?
Yes, if you turn it on: on the 1st of each month your accountant receives all your sales and purchase invoices of the previous month by email, ready to import. They don’t need an account.
What’s the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter has everything to send and receive Peppol invoices, with quotes, a reminder button, a QR code and your accountant. Pro adds 100 documents, online quote approval and an overview of open amounts.
Do my clients need Faktuno?
No. Your client only needs to be reachable on Peppol, through whichever software or provider they use. Faktuno delivers to all of them.
Is my data safe?
Access is protected, connections are encrypted, and your data is hosted in the EU. We only share what is needed to deliver your documents. Read our privacy policy.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your subscription stops at the end of the month you have paid for. See the cancellation and refund policy.
Is Faktuno available now?
Yes. Click “Try Faktuno free”, enter your email address and look around with example data. You only choose a plan when you want to send via Peppol, and your 14-day free trial starts once your identity check is done.
I did not receive the login link.
The link comes from login@faktuno.be, is valid for 20 minutes and works once. Check your spam folder or request a new link. Still stuck? Email us at hello@faktuno.be.
What is the identity check?
Before you can send via Peppol, our Peppol partner checks that the business is really yours. You follow it in My company → Peppol connection and get an email when it is done. Your 14 free days only start then.
I made a mistake on a sent invoice.
A sent invoice can no longer be changed. Open the invoice, choose “Create credit note”, send the credit note, then make a new invoice.
How do I get my data out?
At any time in Account → Download backup. Invoices must be kept for 10 years, so download a backup regularly. After cancelling, you can still log in for 30 days to download everything.
