A document is an invoice or credit note you send, or a document you receive through Peppol. Need more in a given month? Add 50 extra documents for €5, or upgrade at any time. More than 100 documents a month? Contact us. Prices exclude 21% VAT. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Mollie and can be cancelled at any time — see our cancellation and refund policy. Faktuno is for businesses with a Belgian enterprise number.
Questions
Do I really need Peppol?
Yes, if you invoice other Belgian businesses. Since 1 January 2026, B2B invoices between Belgian VAT-registered businesses must be structured e-invoices, exchanged through Peppol. PDF invoices by email no longer meet the rule.
Do my clients need Faktuno?
No. Your client only needs to be reachable on Peppol, through whichever software or provider they use. Faktuno delivers to all of them.
Is my data safe?
Access is protected, connections are encrypted, and your data is hosted in the EU. We only share what is needed to deliver your documents. Read our privacy policy.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your subscription stops at the end of the month you have paid for. See the cancellation and refund policy.
